Kids Move Fest

Our hope is that Steamboat Movement Fest inspires people to move toward wellness by creating space for a transformative weekend event that consciously connects our community through movement in the outdoors of beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

SMF also features Kids Move Fest which offers free kids events like kids yoga, meditation, dance, storytime, and crafting. As 501c3 non-profit organization, our goal is to significantly increase the free children’s offerings so that it resembles their parents’ experience at the Fest.  Kids Move Fest is intentionally designed to inspire our youth to realize their full potential and become active, engaged, and thriving members of the community.

Book Trails

Book Trails

BookTrails is a non-profit organization that promotes a love of literacy in all people.  Our programs create new ways to experience the joys of reading and writing.  With BookTrails, our students are able to experience and feel as though they are the main character in the favorite story—whether it is building a survival shelter, running through a stream bed, or sketching in a meadow.   By focusing on the use of reading and writing to teach environmental principals, our students are given a unique perspective to view both literature and the natural world.

Traci started dancing in 2nd grade when she took ballet, tap and disco (yes, really!).
